Princeton Health is a Health Maintenance Organization founded in 1999 by a group of Nigerian Professionals from diverse backgrounds. It was incorporated on the 30th of November, 2000, registration number RC396486, with affiliation to Princeton Health Inc, Clifton, NJ, USA.

It is structured based on a model developed from the American managed care system and suited to the rules of the National health Insurance Scheme.

Prince Olagoke Oladinni, a well known business enterpreneur with interests in Engineering, Agriculture and Health Management chairs the six member board of Directors while Dr. Richards Adeleye Afonja, an accomplished Oncologist and General Medical Practitioner is the Executive Vice Chairman/Managing Director, with Mr. Sina Adegunle (Executive Director) managing the day to day operations of the company.

The management of the company is made up of seasoned professionals in the field of Medicine, Accountancy, Insurance and Banking.
